Not discouraged at all. Due to some previous bloodwork issues requiring a major revamp of the diet, as well as the addition of weight training, I expected a bigger gain than that. Bloodwork resolved. Weight training GREAT! Down three more sizes and feeling a ton better! Both trainer and doc are happy and tell me the scale numbers will begin to reflect all my effort soon. At the moment, the gym's full length mirror is telling me all I need to know. Blessings, Everybody!
