Still tracking but, due to injuries, stopped working out (temporarily). Scale is moving down, but I don't think I'm losing muscle mass quite yet. They say it takes about two weeks before evidence of that. Stress is going down, too...we just upgraded our camper and plan to get back to peaceful surroundings again this summer. My stress levels ebb and flow based on 1) what creative project I'm currently working on and 2) what plans we're making for summer. Camping, kayaking, fishing, reconnecting. C'mon summer!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
