I am so frustrated. I am exercising twice a day and still haven't lost a lb this week. It's really making me upset, but I'm going to keep with it.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your body has hit a plateau, try switching up exercises and eliminating simple things from your diet like condiments, cheese, etc. Also you can try to fast for one day then start your diet the following day that helps me get my metabolism back on track..... I hope this helps. Hang in there losing weight is hard.......
