Getting there! I wait a couple of days to see if the new weight holds before posting it here. Still working on the carbs. Very difficult, but adjusting to the 1300-1500 calories a day.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
