Feeling good as over the festive period did not put on weight as I was always prone to do in the past. I believe this may be as my metabolism rate has increased due to the level of exercise I am now doing. I am really happy. However, still looking to lose more weight especially in the stomach and hip area which is always a problem for all. I am going to try and change some of my gym exercises and on the food front, start to do more smoothies, having bought a Nutrabullet over Christmas. Fingers crossed this will work. Still going strong with my 5:2 regime :)
