The dividing out portions and controlling the calories as well as exercise and water are really helping. The Nutri System 5-day worked. I followed it exactly and I am down 7lbs. Now, only 50 more to go!!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
