No change, but that’s ok! I’d rather be plateaued then gaining right now lol. Been up with my kiddos since 3 AM so we’ll see how my focus is today, still gonna try and squeeze in a workout even though I feel like falling asleep on the spot lol
154.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
