walking every morning and 40 minutes on rowing machine listening to podcasts every day I'm starting to feel good protein shake and one meal at night seems to be working also doing cold showers
189.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
