stressful wk= less eating, = weight loss didn't plan nor need. gotta find ways to destress. plus side of things, my walking goal of 1200 miles this yr is starting off pretty well, as to make my goal I need 100 Miles/ month, and as of yesterday, have already put in 62.5. miles and thats not counting today's #'s. so I'm a little ahead of the game here. have a good week!!!
126.1 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
