Weight change is minimal, but fitness and muscle tone are significantly improved.

I will revise my target to 75kg, i think this will have me in the best shape I can be (Unless I add muscle weight)

Feeling pretty damn good..

174.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
