I can’t beat myself up too much. I got on the scale this morning and was up 4 lbs. since Thanksgiving. It was better than I thought it would be. I tried to watch what I ate and drank as much as possible, but I didn’t really sacrifice. I did reasonably well with my workouts. Overall it was much better than last year’s holiday season. Back to work.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
