Now I'm mad. Following the diet plan 100% and GAINING. I'm so frustrated! I'm not eating anything bad except for an ice cream (pre sized bar, not carte blanche on the calories) or couple of chocolate kisses every once in a while. I'm eating less; eggs, meat, veggies, fruit...not replacing with gluten free crap with the equal carb load as before. I know I'm getting 1200-1600 calories a day. I'm drinking water...

I had a dream I ate a regular pizza last night, not the gluten free kind. If THAT is why I GAINED, then I'm freaking done trying to eat right...
209.8 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

It took me a month or so of trial and error to figure out what would work for me... but logging my food on here made it possible to do that. So I just want to encourage you to keep at it. You'll figure it out and you'll feel wonderful when you do! Happy New Year!
