UGH!!! I started yesterday so I feel bloated and gross still.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2279 kcal Fat: 62.25g | Prot: 59.09g | Carb: 338.43g.   Breakfast: Pop Tarts Strawberry. Lunch: Fat Free Frozen Yogurt - Vanilla, Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. Dinner: Cooked Summer Squash, Tomatoes, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Light Sour Cream, Light Beer, Yellowfin Tuna (Fish). Snacks/Other: White Icing, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine), Whole Grain Crackers with Cheddar Cheese, Strawberry Daiquiri, York Peppermint Pattie (Mini Size), Milk Chocolate Drops, Smarties Candy Rolls, Ice Cubes. more...
