Have to say I am really enjoying the new Atkins 40!! More choices, more food, better energy.

I've lost 3 days in a row coupled with the gym. However no gym last night and no lose on the scale this morning. I'll have to see how that correlation continues...................................
173.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's okay, maybe you can do something at home if you cant make it to the gym. I know easier said than done. I don't weigh myself every day it's to disappointing if the scale goes up so I am weighing in every Monday

Kiwinana, I actually got sick and missed 2 more days of the gym, however I did lose. It's the Starbucks that won in the slight weight gain over the weekend. (Note to self: tall not venti). I have to weigh daily - well, I don't HAVE to - but my OCD brain needs it :-)

Lhedges, I hear you. That little voice nags the heck out of me until I hop on the scale. You don't HAVE to, but you HAVE to. :)

NotAsinger exactly!!!!! But hey, depending on the source, weighing in daily is a good thing, or not, maybe good :-) I prefer to go with GOOD. Plus it keeps me going.
