not happy about the new weight that reflects on the scale. i thought i had a killer week with working out anfd my eating i wasd really excited to weigh in this week with anticipation of having a goodf week in numbers. i guess what is important is how i feel and i must say my clothes are fitting better and i feel good. im going to have my free day and start next week by not drinking soi much diet coke, yes no calories but tons of sugar.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too try to limit myself to about one diet soda a day if that. I've heard that fizzy sodas even diet ones can contribute to bloating which will through things off so you won't get an accurate picture of your progress. I find "Diet Rite" to be a good soda pick because it doesn't have any sodium or the other hidden factors that contribute to the bloat like some other diet sodas have. Keep up with the great attitude about feeling good and I'm sure you'll get through this minor setback. Maybe you should weigh yourself more frequently for a while just to get a more accurate idea of how different factors are affecting your weight.
