Arggghhh... I'm watching my calorie intake, exercising and still no loss. This is so frustrating.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1128 kcal Fat: 50.27g | Prot: 88.94g | Carb: 71.31g.   Breakfast: Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned), Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch: Freshpak Rooibos, White Bread, French Fried Potatoes (As Purchased, Salt Added, Frozen), Fried Battered Fish. Dinner: Cucumber (with Peel), Beef Steak, Pick n Pay Wraps. Snacks/Other: Darling Plain Yoghurt Fat Free. more...
