So far this week, logging food has really helped me be careful with my snacking. Only one Soda this week. Goal is to keep it to less than 5 sodas / week. My tummy is feeling less bloated.
136.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
