Weight slowly going down, I'm going to continue pushing at the gym. What we put in our bodies makes the world of difference. I had rice, wors and green veg's my portions were in moderation.

I'm conscious of what I'm feeding my body.
253.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
