not impressed with my lazy ass over this winter
time to get shit together
152.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

feeling you there... we can do this!! just returned from a long rewarding walk in the forest with dog... make an excellent black bean salad with fresh tex mex greens for lunch and a big jug of lemon water to start fresh this week. let's do a small thing everyday to get back on track!!
