Second swim, average heart rate 134, 889 strokes, a better effort with 27 minutes in cardio. Kept my back in a happy place with one tiny exception which I corrected quickly. Blob down, muscle up, water up.

Chocolate bunnies are gone, had lovely tuna steaks again last night. Back to normal stuff today. It's cold this morning, but sunny, so there's hope for SoCal even thought it's supposed to rain again tomorrow. Since I'm still working in the living room, dragged in my laptop and some weights for when I'm just sitting and the body isn't moving. I should have moved to the treadmill for my early morning call, but it's easier to limit that to the weekly meetings vs. when I have to talk. I need to decide if I'm going to use it on very slow walking for an all day thing or save it for meetings where I can walk at around 2.5mph. This is really a personalized learning for me, so it's a process.
