It's 2015 and the first January in years I'm able to say that I am picking up where I left off in December. I am not starting over! The mental shift was the most important part in the lifestyle change I made last October.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
