Had a heavier dinner than normal, but I don't think that explains it all. Worked out my arms and shoulders today, and had personal bests in all my exercises. Every workout, I'm stronger. Every day, it's 5 pounds more or a couple more reps.

Tomorrow is chest and upper back/shoulders day, we will see what that brings.
350.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 150.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
