Good morning FS Fam! I haven’t been on in awhile, this week was beyond hectic with my partner out of town, my kids being sick and planning/executing my sons 3rd birthday! This one week has felt longer than all the rest of February combined lol. Today is my planning day, so I’ll plan meals and workouts for the rest of the week! All the takeout/birthday snacks and cake this week have me backsliding a bit but that’s ok. Every day is a new opportunity to start again and do better to feel better ❤️ I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are!
155.5 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
