I had a Diet Dr. Pepper at Chick-fil-A yesterday, but was amazed how easily I got full (thank you no wheat diet!) I ate pretty low calorie yesterday as well, even though I had some Hershey Kisses and a Klondike bar last night.

I do need to remember to eat more veggies on the weekends, though...
209.0 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Nice, loss. I find that weekend's can be tough to eat properly,too!
