Good job I’m trying lose 10 pounds I’m not happy with stomach fat I’m. Ew on here when I reach my goal then what happens

Butterflygirl512 - 10 pounds should be very doable over 3 months or so. Stick with it and be patient.

I had 1,697 calories today that good or bad for trying to lose weight

Butterflygirl512 It may be and you can track and adjust along the way. I must average my weight over the entire week as my weight can fluctuate depending on my hydration and fiber intake. I eat these Walsa flat breads that have lots of fiber and my weight can jump a pound in one day but then the next it comes back down.
