big scale 134.8, small scale 134.5. son & DIL did some work on the deck (wrap). beautiful day too. very nice dinner at Abigail's last night.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
