Tried the 2100 calorie plan recommended by FS, and it worked great for day one. I lost a pound and it was easier to do than most plans I've been on recently. We'll see how it continues, day one is always the easiest!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
