Another slight loss...seems like I'm back into a fat burning mode. I'm cool with that as well, though it is satisfying to see the strength and size gains during bulks.
351.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
