So glad the holidays are over (not really), its good not to have to worry about feasts! I'm sincerely hoping for a better year than last year. Last year wasn't all bad, but it was the worst...Everything happens for a reason..

In a month, I'll be 33! Where has the time gone? Time to get back in to gear so I can lose more weight before my birthday! If I can manage the same success as I had November, then I could get extremely close to being able to go talk to the USAF again. What a scary and thrilling prospect!
169.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
