A small loss, but still getting stronger. I was able to curl more today and set personal bests on my triceps extensions. I've decided to start splitting my workouts, that way I can get work on muscle groups while others recover. Lets me work out every day as well, for only an hour or so, after work.
352.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 152.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
