Didn't really watched calories yesterday. Starting fresh today, new day, new year. Need to focus on my goals. Eat healthy, lower my cholesterol (slightly elevated), get my iron and vitamin D levels to normal and lose weight.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
