Well, darn....had a long journal entry written, went to post and my internet connection flickered. Lost the entire thing. I don't have the mental strength to go through all that again, lol, so will just say...yay, I am down another pound despite an irregular night's sleep! Also, wishing everyone a healthy and happy New Year! I feel like the last few weeks of healthy eating have given me a good foundation to attack my weight and health goals in 2015! It's starting off on a positive note.
