my body must love this weight....i gurss im letting it love it too. i have to step it up now that the 4th is over. i feel blessed that it isnt gaining every week, just waiting for me to tell it what to do next.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
