Definitely in a hypertrophic phase right now. From February 6, I'm up 0.67" in my shoulders, up 1.5" in my chest, up 1.2" in my neck, and up 0.33" in my arms. I'm ok with lean gains. This was to be expected from time to time. Part of my plan, increase my lean mass.
355.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 155.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
