This is what the Holiday does too much food and drink. Well today I'm back in focus Praise be to God I will lose this weight I've gained from independence day Zumba on Weds and Sunday and hopefully Monday 135 is my new goal I can do this through Christ!!!!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

545 kcal Fat: 13.65g | Prot: 53.85g | Carb: 54.35g.   Breakfast: Bananas, 0% Greek Style Yogurt, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie). Lunch: balsalmic dressing, Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: salmon. more...
