Amazing what a day of hardcore workouts and portion watching can do. I’ve been slacking hard, so the last two days I’ve been working on getting back into my routine of logging and exercising! It’s paying off! It’s FREEZING outside today so a full day of inside fun is planned, I can’t wait till we start to thaw and can spent most of our days outside again!

153.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
