I tried zumba last night at home, following the steps of a french girl on youtube and it was fun! I had never tried it before because I saw a zumba performance once and thought it looked super stupid, but this was great! I only did 10 minutes, but it made me feel good. I love to dance anyways and I hadn't danced in a long time.
For my weigh in today I dropped a couple of pounds, but its mostly because I weighed in at different times of the day. Today in the morning, at my skinniest, yesterday in the evening, at my heaviest.
