Ok, I have paid the price. A little compromise here...one there...and voila! the consequences of holiday eating. Well, I am not going to beat myself up. I weighed in this morning and am ready to face the music. I am re-committed, setting new goals, and getting right back on the horse. I am sure I am not alone in this discovery. The good news: I enjoyed the holidays and am ready to start the new year with a new set of goals for my weight and health. Wishing all the same!
213.5 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yep I understand. Too much for me too. Hopefully back on track today. Once I am on track I'm pretty good but once I fall off I have a real hard time getting back on my goals. I still have another 40-45 lbs to go so I best get started. Summer will be here before we know it and we all feel better lighter in the cool weather.
