OMG- i cant believe ive gained this all back:( Started fresh on Monday. Reading "Secrets of a Former Fat Girl" VERY MOTIVATING!! I want to look AMAZING (words my hubby used for another lady who has lost some weight) Love the 'its not an option' from secret 3. Think this is going to keep my motivated. Never want to fall off track again. Started doing 4 mi walk away the pounds video yesterday and did again today!!
