Another good day. Stayed excellent on my diet, hydrated plenty, and my triceps are showing some progress to boot! Hoping the hypertrophy extends to my biceps as well.
355.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 155.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
