I was doing soo well this weekend until the Super Bowl lol. Pizza, garlic bread, drinks, all eaten without any concern for my program 😅 But the craziest thing happened this morning! For the first time EVER I woke up and actually wanted to exercise. AND my kids were still asleep so I popped on a pot of coffee and then did 25 minutes of core training and I feel amazing! Such an awesome way to start the day! My kids never sleep in so I’m taking full advantage! I hope y’all have an amazing Monday and week 🥰
157.2 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
