Great week 🙂 Shocking that my body doesn’t follow consistent weeks of weight loss or understand these arbitrary weigh-in days 😂 I can taste the 130 lbs down mark now.

Weekly Healthy Life Moment of Gratitude: A smaller frame that moves through the pool better, lets me wear a towel in the change room now bc it comfortably fits all the way around AND makes my husband’s hugs feel extra amazing ❤️
251.8 lb Lost so far: 133.7 lb.    Still to go: 122.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
