big scale 135.6, small scale 135.5. was good yesterday (50 min am yoga & 50 mins on elliptical), but hands feel puffy this morning. too much salt? trying to keep potassium up.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
