Worked out hard this evening, still carrying a pump, plus I had my creatine post workout. So, just a water weight gain. This was to be expected when I started supplementing with creatine.
359.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 159.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
