Blob down, muscle up, water up, actually ate pretty low calories yesterday and walked two miles outside and the rest on the treadmill when we got home. Happy Friday.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
