It’s ok we all can eat whatever just remember it’s a lifestyle commitment and as long as we keep that mindset we got this . I have a rule never indulge over one time in a week and never go over two days without exercising or weightlifting or something that keeps me motivated and moving. If we don’t beat our selves up and don’t restrict everything from our food intake it will be ok . Stability is the key and prayers and water . I’ve been just walking and lifting little weights and I’m seeing a difference. You got this . Sorry so long
