Well my typical up a pound down a pound throughout the week, but I think I am down one from last week, so I will take it!

I am having a hard time finding foods to eat now and getting enough calories. I really want to try harder to get more calories and see if my weight loss accelerates some.

We are going camping this weekend, which will make it a little more challenging since we will be with friends, but I am going to give it a good try!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
