I’ve found that taking a break from logging on the weekend helps me to not feel so overwhelmed by the whole process. I’ve been struggling with headaches since Friday, I don’t know if it’s cause I’m getting over whatever my kids gave me, I went to the chiropractor and had a wonky adjustment, or I’ve been under eating to an extreme (cause of lack of appetite). Probably a combo of everything but I’m super sick of feeling terrible. It just feels like I can’t be my best self that I’m trying to be when my body feels crappy 😭
158.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Morticia! I got a massage today which made me feel like a brand new person! It’s the first time in almost a week that I haven’t had a headache! Im going to have my partner watch the kids on Wednesday and go get a real adjustment from the chiro, cause I’m 100% now that the headaches were coming from muscle tightness due to a difficult adjustment
