Feeling a bit disappointed at a weight gain this week as I have been trying to increase my exercise and I thought I was being quite good with my calorie in take
193.1 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Increased exercise could lead to muscle soreness/water retention. Don't worry and keep going.
