Another great workout in. I think the creatine is starting to hit, I was able to get more reps at heavier weights before failure, just felt I had a little more to give in my muscles. I get a crazy pump during the workout, but it hasn't been sticking around. But I feel the difference, and I'm starting to gain just a smidge of definition in my chest. Gotta keep going!!!

And on that thought of keeping on it, I'm already starting to max out on several exercises on my adjustable dumbbells (they go up to 52.5 pounds), or will be soon. I never thought that I would go from being hardly able to pick up a 30 pound box on January 1 to outgrowing my dumbbells in a month. So, I pulled the trigger and bought another set that goes up to 90 pounds. Let's hope they hold up until April, when I can get my refund and bonus, then I can get a rack and barbell with 300 pounds of cast iron plates. THEN it's game on.
362.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 162.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
